Shipping Domestic

Free Shipping is available within Hong Kong SAR on orders at HK$500 or above.

When you place an order, our system will calculate the shipping cost based on your item weight, size and order value. Depending on the availability of the goods, we will normally ship out the goods within 2-3 business days.

We ship local Hong Kong orders through SF Express. Your package will be delivered directly to commercial addresses or EF Lockers (and we do NOT deliver to P.O. box nor Hotel). We will notify you via email/whatsapp about the estimated delivery dates. All packages will be delivered ONE time only. Please make sure that someone is available at the shipping address, and make sure that you enter the correct contact number during checkout. In addition, if you have a request for a specific delivery arrangement (e.g., time etc.), you may contact the courier company for such arrangement. Please also understand that we may be able to pass your special request to the courier, but we may not be able to control how they fulfill such requests.

Shipping International

For International, we ship all international packages through DHL Express or FedEx Express.

Returns Policy - 7 Days Return

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs (if a FREE Shipping was provided on the original purchase). We'll pay the returns shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, you can simply email us at i nfo@cheeselionlab.com and we will guide you through the process of returning the package. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Import Duties

Some international destinations may require import duties. Buyers are responsible for the import duties. Import Duties varies from product to product, and its destinations.

When ordering from Cheeselionlab.com, buyers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Cheeselionlab has no control over these charges, nor can Cheeselionlab predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; buyers should contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
